Mobile Notary Services
For your convenience, mobile notary appointments are available within designated Maryland service areas. We can meet you at a location that works best for you, including:

Travel fees apply for mobile appointments.
What You'll Need
To ensure a smooth appointment, please have:
A valid, government-issued photo ID
The document(s) requiring notarization (do not sign them before your appointment unless instructed)
All required signers present at the time of notarization
Notary Fees
Traditional (In-Person) Notarial Acts
$8 per signature/notarial act
Additional Copies of the Same Document
$8 for the first signature
$4 for each signature on additional copies of the same document signed during the same appointment
Mobile Travel Fees
A flat travel fee of up to $5, plus the current IRS standard business mileage rate for travel required to perform the notarial act.
Before Your Appointment
To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please have the following ready:
A valid, government-issued photo ID
The document(s) requiring notarization (please do not sign the document before your appointment unless instructed to do so)
All required signers present at the time of notarization
If witnesses are required, please confirm this before your appointment, as the notary may not be able to serve as a witness.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) — Coming Soon!
We're excited to soon offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), allowing eligible documents to be notarized securely through an online platform. This convenient option will enable you to complete many notarizations from the comfort of your home or office without the need for an in-person appointment.
