Christina Davis, LPC, NCC
Founder, Living-n-Balance, LLC & Youth Athletic Health & Wellness Alliance (YAH-WA)
Christina Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who provides high-quality, evidence-based mental health services.
As the founder of Living-n-Balance, LLC, she delivers individual telehealth psychotherapy to clients in Maryland and Colorado, supporting emotional wellness, balance, and long-term personal growth. This work is clinical in nature and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Separately, Christina leads the Youth Athletic Health & Wellness Alliance (YAH-WA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on youth development within athletic environments. Through YAH-WA, she partners with youth sports organizations to provide mental health psychoeducation and skill-based training for coaches, mentors, and volunteers.
This work is non-clinical and educational, equipping those who serve youth with the tools to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges—helping to build stronger athletes, healthier teams, and more resilient communities.
While both organizations share a unified mission of mental wellness and community impact, they operate as distinct entities with separate roles:
Living-n-Balance, LLC → Clinical mental health services (psychotherapy)
YAH-WA → Community-based education, training, and youth athletic development
Living-n-Balance, LLC remains dedicated to healing individuals, while YAH-WA extends that mission into youth sports by fostering mental resilience, emotional development, and performance excellence in young athletes.
